　　叁、对称检验

　　1、领尖大小、领骨是否相对；

　　四、做工检验

　　1、各部位线路顺直松紧适宜，不可有浮线、跳线、断线现象，驳线不可太多且不能出现在显眼位置，针距不能过疏过密，依照规程；

　　1. Production

　　衬衫的工业生产，采用的流水工艺，在一条生产流水线上有各种不同的生产设备和操作的技术工人，整个制造流程包括款式、规格及生产工艺的设计，在工艺设计方面采用“立体造型，平面裁剪”增加缝、接开刀、收省、打褶等技术，同时又包括验料、排料划皮、缝制和熨烫整型等多种生产工艺。

　　1、成衣外型测定，以目测为主，对照款式样(确认样)，按合同或标准及有关规定等查对实货是否依照规定生产，商标、吊牌、尺码带定位是否正确。

　　4、缝制检验：各部位线路顺直，双明线宽窄一致，牢固、针距密度符合规程要求，缝修大小一致，缝合吃势均匀不起绺，无毛漏开线、止口倒吐，扣位正确，扣牢固，扣眼无毛疵，对条、对格、对花部位符合规定。

　　4. 　　5、检测规格尺寸：可按合同或规程进行测量主要有五部位，领大、衫长、胸围、肩宽、袖长，规格尺寸准确。

　　缝线与面料应一致，(顺色)面料缩水率要准确，纽扣大小一致，无残扣，水洗后效果优良，有柔软感，无黄斑，水渍等。
